Encore Building Products was incorporated in 2016 as a Manufacturers Rep organization headquartered in Los Angeles and serves the Las Vegas and Southern California commercial building market, including Orange County, San Diego, Ventura and the Central Coast, Our focus continues to be representing leading construction manufacturers who produce products for the exterior envelope. Our commitment is both to the architectural community as well as to contractors, to assure the products we represent are designed and implemented correctly into commercial buildings.

Our Team

Brian Carrillo

Brian brings 40 years of sales and marketing experience to Encore Building Products. He is the co-founder of one of Los Angeles’ premier  Manufacture’s Rep agencies with over 38 years of practical and diverse specialty building product and construction experiences in the areas of project management, contracting, specification preparation, material selections, estimating, and consulting. He is recognized by his peers, architects and contractors as one of the foremost authorities on parking/open air seismic expansion joint systems, corrections and engineered building products.

Jennifer Hoelscher

Senior Sales Representative/Partner, Jennifer Hoelscher is an accomplished construction professional, serving and supporting clients as a trusted partner for nearly two decades in Southern California.  Specializing in building facade systems and seismic expansion joints, Jennifer supports her partners through collaborative problem solving and providing trusted, reliable information.

Jennifer grew up in San Diego and graduated from University of California San Diego with a Bachelors of Science degree.  Jennifer later attended the College of Extended Studies at San Diego State University and received a certification in Construction Management. 

Jennifer resides in Newport Beach, CA with her husband Sam and their three children Peyton, Jack and Emma.

As an outside sales representative and expansion joint specialist for Encore Building Products, Jennifer  represents Encore Building Products in Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, and San Diego Counties.
